Frequently asked questions

The things buyers most often ask before working with a buying house in Bangladesh. Don't see yours? Just ask.

What is a garment buying house, and how is it different from a factory?

A buying house is a sourcing agent. We don't manufacture — we represent you, the buyer, in Bangladesh: finding the right factory, negotiating and costing, managing samples and production, and controlling quality. Because we don't own production, our advice isn't biased toward filling our own lines.

How do you charge?

We work on a transparent commission of the FOB value of your order, typically around 3–8% depending on product complexity and quantity. There's no markup buried in the garment price and no charge for quotes that don't proceed.

What products do you source?

As a buying house we source across all three major garment categories — knitwear (t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, fleece, sweaters, activewear), woven (shirts, trousers, shorts, dresses, outerwear) and denim (jeans, bottoms, jackets). Each order is matched to a factory that specialises in that specific product.

What are your minimum order quantities?

MOQs depend on the factory, fabric and style, but we work to match your order to a factory whose minimums fit your programme. Tell us your quantities and we'll be straight with you about what's realistic.

Which markets do you serve?

We source for apparel buyers in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States and Australia, factoring each market's duty structure, compliance regime and quality expectations into our sourcing.

How do you handle compliance and quality?

Every factory is vetted on a weighted scorecard before we place your order, with compliance weighted highest. Each order goes through pre-production checks and inline plus final AQL inspections with photo reports before shipment.

How do I get started?

Send us your product — a tech pack, reference sample, or even a photo and target price — along with your quantity and delivery window. We'll come back with an open costing and a sourcing plan.

Ready to build your garment supply, the reliable way?

Tell us your product, target price and order quantity. We will come back with a costed, compliance-checked sourcing plan — no obligation.
